If I buy 3 Daily Passes, will my license expire in 72 hours?
No. Daily Passes are not automatically consumed at checkout. They are activated only when a user starts validating a list, so a 3-pass package can be used across separate validation windows.
What happens if my Daily Pass expires in the middle of a list validation?
TrustSender.io does not immediately interrupt an active validation when a Daily Pass window ends. The system sends renewal notifications by email and, when provided, WhatsApp. A reasonable renewal window is provided so the workflow is not stopped abruptly.
What type of security is applied to protect my email lists?
Uploaded lists are processed through controlled backend workflows with authenticated access, isolated processing, limited retention and automatic purging according to TrustSender.io data retention policies.
What type of security is used to protect my payment information?
Payment information is processed by Stripe. TrustSender.io does not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials.
