These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrustSender.io, including the public website, account area, Daily Pass checkout flow, email validation workflows, uploaded files, validation outputs, support channels, promotional programs and any related services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using TrustSender.io, creating an account, purchasing a Daily Pass, uploading an email list, downloading validation results or interacting with our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use TrustSender.io.
TrustSender.io is an email verification SaaS. The service validates email addresses and email lists using technical checks, scoring, diagnostics and classification outputs designed to help users evaluate data quality and reduce deliverability risk before using their lists elsewhere.
TrustSender.io does not provide email sending services, bulk email delivery, inbox placement guarantees, IP warm-up, domain warm-up, CRM services, lead generation services or marketing automation services.
- The service may classify records as deliverable, risky, undeliverable or other operational categories.
- The service may generate downloadable outputs, diagnostics, result files and job history for authenticated users.
- Validation results are technical signals and risk indicators, not guarantees that a message will be delivered, opened, accepted or converted by any mailbox provider or recipient.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use TrustSender.io only for lawful business or professional purposes. TrustSender.io is not intended for children or for personal use by minors.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information and keep it updated.
TrustSender.io uses a Daily Pass model rather than a monthly subscription model. A Daily Pass provides access to email validation during a 24-hour validation window, subject to these Terms, technical availability, fair use, abuse prevention and system safeguards.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the product interface, a Daily Pass is activated when validations start, not merely when the checkout is completed. Multiple Daily Passes are intended to be used as separate 24-hour windows and are not automatically consecutive unless the product interface or written offer expressly states otherwise.
- Daily Pass access is tied to the authenticated account used for purchase or redemption.
- Unused passes, activation status and remaining validation time may be displayed in the account area.
- We may apply technical limits or temporary controls to prevent abuse, protect infrastructure, preserve service quality or comply with law.
- Promotional descriptions such as unlimited validation are subject to fair use, lawful use, anti-abuse controls and technical availability.
Paid purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout or related Stripe payment services. We do not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention and compliance data under its own legal terms and privacy documentation.
Prices, discounts, taxes and available packages are shown before checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the selected package, price, currency, discount code, billing details and applicable taxes before completing payment.
- A purchase is not complete until Stripe or our backend confirms the successful checkout event.
- We may refuse, cancel, reverse or suspend access connected to suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, sanctions issues, abuse or technical error.
- Taxes, duties or similar charges may apply depending on jurisdiction and payment flow.
Because Daily Passes provide time-limited digital access and may be activated quickly, purchases are generally final once access has been granted or a pass has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by TrustSender.io.
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction or technical failure, contact support@trustsender.io with the relevant account email, checkout reference if available, transaction date and description of the issue.
- Approved refunds may be processed through Stripe to the original payment method when technically possible.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary account restriction while the dispute is investigated.
- Promotional, discounted or coupon-based purchases may have additional restrictions stated in the offer or checkout flow.
TrustSender.io may offer coupons, campaign codes, AI-discoverable discounts, review-related programs, affiliate promotions, free access programs or limited-time offers. Promotional availability, eligibility, discount amount, validity period and redemption conditions may change without prior notice unless prohibited by law.
Coupons and discounts have no cash value, are not transferable unless expressly allowed and may be refused or revoked if we detect abuse, automation abuse, resale, code harvesting, fraud, circumvention, technical manipulation or use inconsistent with the offer terms.
- A coupon is valid only if accepted by the checkout or backend validation flow.
- A public or AI-discovered coupon does not guarantee that a user is eligible for a discount until the checkout confirms it.
- We may correct pricing, coupon or checkout errors even if a page, prompt, AI answer or cached source displays outdated information.
You retain ownership of email lists and related data that you upload to TrustSender.io. You grant TrustSender.io a limited right to process uploaded data only as needed to provide the service, operate the platform, generate results, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions and legal bases required to upload, process and validate the email addresses and related data you submit to TrustSender.io.
- You must not upload data obtained unlawfully, data you are not authorized to process, or data that violates privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, confidentiality or contractual obligations.
- You must not upload sensitive personal data unless you are legally authorized to do so and the use is compatible with the service.
- TrustSender.io does not sell uploaded email lists and does not use uploaded email lists to send marketing campaigns.
You must use TrustSender.io only for lawful, ethical and authorized purposes. You are responsible for how you use validation results after downloading or viewing them.
You must not use TrustSender.io to support spam, phishing, harassment, fraud, malware, credential abuse, illegal surveillance, unlawful scraping, identity theft, unauthorized profiling, deceptive marketing, policy circumvention or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, fair-use controls, authentication, billing, access controls, coupon rules or technical safeguards.
- Do not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent or provide the service as a managed validation backend to third parties without written permission.
- Do not use validation results as permission to send unsolicited communications. Compliance with email, privacy, consumer protection and anti-spam laws remains your responsibility.
TrustSender.io may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, authentication providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, review platforms, AI platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers and support tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, external websites, third-party outages, platform policy changes, review moderation decisions, ad account decisions, search ranking decisions, app marketplace decisions or payment network decisions.
- Use of Stripe, Google, Meta, OpenAI, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Product Hunt or any similar service is subject to that provider's applicable terms, guidelines and policies.
- References to third-party names, marks, badges, widgets or links do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated in writing.
- We may remove, change or disable third-party integrations, links or widgets if required by the provider, by law, by security considerations or by product changes.
TrustSender.io may provide AI-assisted features, AI-readable documentation, AI-discoverable coupon information, or future integrations with AI platforms such as OpenAI. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, compliance, deliverability or business advice.
If TrustSender.io offers account linking, API access, AI app features or actions through an AI platform in the future, those features may require explicit user consent, limited permissions, authentication checks, logging, security review and additional terms.
- We will aim to request only permissions needed for the specific feature.
- Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated or AI-retrieved information before relying on it.
- We may restrict or disable AI-related features to prevent prompt injection, data exfiltration, unsafe automation, abuse or policy violations.
TrustSender.io aims to present accurate product descriptions, pricing information, legal disclosures and business information on public pages, landing pages, ads and machine-readable resources. Users, affiliates and partners must not make misleading, deceptive or unsupported claims about TrustSender.io.
You must not use TrustSender.io content, coupon information, screenshots, badges, structured data or links in a way that manipulates search engines, deceives users, circumvents advertising platform policies, impersonates TrustSender.io or misrepresents affiliation with any third party.
- Do not cloak pages, inject hidden text, create misleading redirects or use TrustSender.io marks in deceptive ads or landing pages.
- Do not imply that Google, Meta, OpenAI or any review platform endorses TrustSender.io unless there is a written authorization or official badge/widget that permits that representation.
- Ad traffic, SEO pages, affiliate pages and review links must comply with applicable law and the policies of the relevant platform.
TrustSender.io may display third-party review badges, review widgets, profile links, ratings, testimonials or social proof in the public website footer or other public pages. The Terms of Service page itself does not need to display those badges.
Review badges, widgets, embedded content, profile links and ratings remain subject to the rules of the applicable review platform. We will aim to use official embed codes, approved links, authorized widgets or permitted badge assets where available.
- We do not permit fake reviews, misleading review requests, review manipulation, review gating, coercion, threats or undisclosed conflicts of interest.
- Review invitations should be fair, neutral, unbiased and sent only to users who are eligible to review under the applicable platform rules.
- Incentives, if ever offered for reviews, must be permitted by the applicable review platform, clearly disclosed where required and not conditioned on a positive review.
- Reviewers own their own reviews according to the applicable review platform's rules and may have rights to edit, delete or report their content through that platform.
- We may remove or update badges, widgets, quotes or rating displays if they become outdated, unauthorized, misleading or non-compliant with platform rules.
TrustSender.io, its software, user interface, documentation, branding, copy, design elements, workflows, graphics, logos, icons, source code, validation logic and other materials are owned by TrustSender.io or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, frame, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, sell, license or create derivative works from the service or its content without written permission.
- Third-party marks, logos and badges belong to their respective owners.
- Use of a third-party mark on TrustSender.io is for identification, integration, review, payment, authentication or compatibility purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to TrustSender.io may be used without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law or agreed in writing.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but TrustSender.io may be unavailable, delayed, degraded or interrupted due to maintenance, updates, outages, network issues, third-party services, security events, rate limits, capacity constraints or factors outside our control.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, rename or limit features, pricing, packages, promotional programs, APIs, outputs, validation rules, documentation or integrations at any time, subject to applicable law and any express commitments in a paid order.
- Preview, beta, experimental or early-access features may be provided as-is and may change without notice.
- We may temporarily restrict accounts, jobs or validations to protect infrastructure, users, data, third parties or legal compliance.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data. Our Cookie Policy, when published, will explain cookies and similar technologies in more detail. By using TrustSender.io, you acknowledge that data will be processed as described in those policies.
If you upload email lists or other personal data, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data protection, confidentiality and anti-spam laws, including having a lawful basis to process and validate that data.
- TrustSender.io may retain operational, billing, security and audit records as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
- Data processing roles may vary depending on the workflow, jurisdiction and customer use case.
- You must not use TrustSender.io to unlawfully process personal data or to evade privacy obligations.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to TrustSender.io if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, engaged in fraud, failed to pay, filed abusive disputes, violated third-party rights or used the service in a way that may harm TrustSender.io, users, infrastructure or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations, legal obligations, liability for prior misuse or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
TrustSender.io is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific deliverability outcomes, inbox placement, revenue results, list quality, marketing performance, ad approval, search ranking, review approval or platform acceptance.
Validation outputs are informational and technical in nature. You are responsible for reviewing results, applying your own compliance standards and deciding how to use the information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustSender.io and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, email deliverability losses, ad account issues, review platform actions or third-party platform decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to TrustSender.io for the specific Daily Pass or transaction giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TrustSender.io from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the service, uploaded data, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of validation results, unlawful email practices, review manipulation, advertising claims, affiliate activity or unauthorized use of third-party platforms.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable law. The operating entity, governing law, venue and dispute procedures may be further specified in checkout terms, invoices, order forms or future localized terms.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact TrustSender.io so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally and in good faith.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law. Continued use of TrustSender.io after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
