TrustSender.io is an email verification SaaS. We validate email lists. We do not provide email sending services, CRM services, inbox services, IP warm-up services or domain warm-up services.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, TrustSender.io is the data controller for personal data collected through the website, account area, checkout-related workflows and customer support channels, except where a third-party provider acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Validation outputs may include deliverability categories, diagnostic signals and CSV files. Access to those outputs is restricted to authenticated workflows and operational controls.
Payments are processed through Stripe. TrustSender.io does not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials.
Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention and compliance data under its own terms and privacy documentation. TrustSender.io receives limited payment metadata needed to confirm purchases, manage Daily Pass access and maintain records.
TrustSender.io may use Brevo or a similar email service provider to send operational emails, coupon recovery emails, transactional messages and support-related communications.
When a user requests a valid coupon by email, the email address provided is used to send the requested coupon and related operational message.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Uploaded lists, validation jobs, logs and result files may be subject to limited retention and automatic purging policies.
